Photo Contest of the Month!

Each month in 2011 we will be choosing a Polka Dot Bowtique photo of the month! The winner will be featured on our website and in the store and will receive a $10 gift certificate towards a hair bow purchase at Polka Dot Bowtique online or in the store.

GUIDELINES

*Submit ONE picture of a girl wearing a hair bow, headband, hair accessory, flip flops or croc bows from Polka Dot Bowtique each month.
*Please ensure that your photos are in .jpg format.

*E-mail your picture to polkadotbowtique@centurylink.net.
*Enter PHOTO CONTEST in the subject line.

*Photos will be accepted starting the 1^st of every month
through the last day of the month.

*Each month a HOST judge will select the winner.
*The winner will be announced in the following month’s newsletter, Face Book, on the website and in the store.
*I will not use the names or the location of the children for their safety.
*All pictures submitted for the photo contest will be used in the photo gallery
*Be creative, use your imagination and have fun!!!

PHOTO OF THE YEAR

Each monthly winner will be entered to win the grand prize at the end of the year. Once we have the 12 monthly winners for the year we will choose from those 12 photos for the Polka Dot Bowtique Photo of the year.

The photo of the year will be featured on our website for a full year and will also receive a $15.00 gift certificate.

ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL EXPIRE
60 DAYS AFTER THE DAY THEY ARE ISSUED.
